Paying$ 10 for an off- brand blin maker was one of my stylish investments. In my
early days of healthy eating, I loved making flapjacks but demanded the chops to flip
them nicely. Enter the blin maker, which left me with indeed better results with
much lower work!

FOR THE WAFFLE BASE
3 soupspoons coconut flour, sifted
2 soupspoons dark cocoa greasepaint
½ scoop protein greasepaint( 16 to 17 grams)
1 to 2 soupspoons granulated sweetener of choice
½ tablespoon baking greasepaint
3 egg whites OR 2 large eggs
2 soupspoons( or further) milk of choice( dairy-free, if necessary)
FOR THE interspersed CARAMEL SAUCE
½ mug coconut win sugar
2 soupspoons water
1 teaspoon coconut oil painting
ocean swab, to taste
FOR THE DARK COCOA SAUCE
1 teaspoon dark cocoa greasepaint
1 teaspoon granulated sweetener of choice In a large mixing coliseum, combine the coconut flour, cocoa greasepaint, protein greasepaint,
and grained sweetener of choice and mix well. Add the eggs and, using a table-
ladle at a time, sluggishly add in the milk of choice until a thick batter is formed.
Turn on the blin iron and formerly hot, pour in the batter and cook through.
Once cooked through, transfer the blin to a plate and top with the interspersed
caramel sauce and dark cocoa sauce.
To make the interspersed caramel sauce, toast a saucepan with the water and sugar
until it begins to boil, making sure to stir constantly. Add the ocean swab and coconut
oil painting and continue stirring, on medium heat, until it thickens. Once it has thickened,
remove from the heat.
For the dark cocoa sauce, add your cocoa greasepaint and granulated sweetener of
choice in a small mixing coliseum. sluggishly add milk of choice until it reaches a thick and
sloppy thickness.
The interspersed caramel sauce makes much further than necessary for the form. Store
Leavings in the refrigerator. Alternately, use your favorite store- bought or sugar-
free caramel saccharinity.
Hotcakes can be batch cooked and firmed for quick heist- and- go breakfasts
snacks — they indurate and thaw beautifully.
Use sugar-free caramel saccharinity/ sauce.
Exchange out the egg whites for 1 flax egg, and increase the vegan milk of choice
until a thick batter is formed.
