is for you. The slight addition of cayenne will
have your taste kids dancing, not to mention the fact that it’s a scum designed
for breakfast. Ca n’t handle the heat? Simply leave it out.

1 mug mashed sweet potato( can substitute with pumpkin)
2 soupspoons cocoa greasepaint
1 teaspoon maple saccharinity
1 scoop protein greasepaint( 32 to 34 grams)

Add all the constituents into a high- speed blender and mix until your asked con-
sistency is reached( for a thicker scum, start with just 1 teaspoon of milk). Con-
tinue to add milk until asked texture is achieved.
Pour the scum into a coliseum and allow it to sit for 5 twinkles to cake.

For a sweeter scum, feel free to increase the maple saccharinity by an redundant teaspoon
